Order online before Thursday evening 8pm → I bake → You pick up Saturday morning between 10 and 12 in beautiful downtown Clifton, Maine. Easy Peasy.
Orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. When a loaf sells out, it's gone for the week. Pickup details are emailed after payment confirmation.

Just flour, water, salt, and time.
A simple loaf with a mild tang, a crisp crust and an open, tender crumb — good with just about anything, or nothing at all.
🥖 The Saturday Night Pie

Dinner disguised as bread. Slow-fermented sourdough infused with pizza spices and layered with mozzarella, Parmesan + pepperoni. Perfect warm + dipped in marinara.
🥖 Cheddar + Black Pepper Loaf

Sharp cheddar with cracked black pepper for a subtle bite. Savory, balanced, and dangerously good warm.
🥖 Roadhouse Cinnamon Ribbon Loaf
$14 · Saturday pickup
Soft sourdough layered with honey butter + cinnamon and baked into a tender, pull-apart loaf. Lightly carmelized edges. Best toasted with butter.
🥮 Jumbo Classic Cinnamon Rolls

Saturday pickup
Buttery, fluffy, yeasted dough rolled with brown sugar and cinnamon and caramelized to golden perfection. Topped with a generous dollop of cream cheese frosting. Made for slow mornings and fresh brewed coffee.
Inclusions are generous. That’s intentional.
